Welcome to our Live Meditations

We meet online at 4am Tokyo time every day – and 9pm Fridays Tokyo time via a secure connection that allows us to interact freely with video and audio.
Sessions are 60 minutes in length with some introductory discussion .
If you need guidance during a session please let me know and I will be happy to provide it 🙂
