Message based therapy is not a live session, but consists of the client sending a message via secure e-mail in their own time over a 4 day period (Mon - Thurs noon), with the counselor responding within an agreed time frame (usually within 24 hours of receipt). Think of this a journaling and that will give you the idea. A reflective platform that allows for deep introspection and journeying.
